Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Sister Slay Double Up Beauty. We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure your beauty products arrive safely.
Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $8 for orders under $70
- FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
- Express Shipping: $15
Shipping options and applicable rates will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Selecting Express Shipping speeds up the shipping method but does not eliminate order processing time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at sisterslaybeautyvending@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Sister Slay Double Up Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported missing or stolen. If a shipment is lost while in transit, please contact us so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sisterslaybeautyvending@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
Sister Slay Double Up Beauty currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
